Metis Suite vs Superhuman
Superhuman Mail is a fast, hosted email and calendar client for Gmail and Outlook accounts, priced from $30 a month per user. Metis Suite is open source under AGPL-3.0: you can self-host it free or use Metis Cloud, connect Zoho Mail, IMAP, CalDAV and file servers as well, and run the AI on the model you choose. Both offer an MCP server; in Metis, sending and deleting over MCP stay off until you turn them on.
